The Pharmacy Forum NI has been looking at professional leadership for the pharmacy profession in Northern Ireland.
We have now completed our paper ‘Exploring Effective Leadership in Northern Ireland’.
As part of Minister Hamilton’s Consultation on the ‘Regulation of Pharmacy Profession in Northern Ireland’ including the possibility of splitting the regulatory and professional leadership functions, Pharmacy Forum NI has begun investigations in professional leadership in NI, this paper is the first step in this process to examine how professional leadership in Northern Ireland can best meet the needs of the profession.
