The groups who will attend are:

Pancreatic Cancer Action
Carers Support Services (HSCB)

In all cases the focus will be Northern Ireland specific and regional in outlook.

The learning outcomes for the evening will be:

Increased Knowledge of the work of the charity/organisation & the support/s they can provide
The ability to make a direct connection to pharmacy and pharmacy practice
The ability to identify patients requiring support
Understanding how to refer patients to these services
Where appropriate, improving patient’s self-efficacy through self-management & self-referral
Information stands, networking and refreshments will be available from 6.15pm. Info packs will be provided.
