Chris Ganacias
Pharmacy student, Queen’s University Belfast
Chris is a final year MPharm student at Queen’s University Belfast and works part-time in pharmacy procurement and manufacturing at Victoria Pharmaceuticals (VP). He completed a summer placement with VP when he was in second year at university and was subsequently offered a position.
His passion for science and wanting to help others prompted him to study pharmacy. He enjoys the science behind pharmacy – how drugs work and what they do in the body.
Chris has found pharmacy in Northern Ireland to be a close knit community, much like a family where everyone is friendly and supportive of one another
Chris is a Pharmacy Student Ambassador for QUB and will be a pre-reg pharmacist for GSK in 2021-22
