Neill registered as a member of the PSNI in 2008 and has proudly practiced for the last 13 years in the community sector, managing a variety of pharmacy businesses and delivering a range of services to the public throughout Northern Ireland. Neill has delivered a variety of advanced services including the COVID-19 vaccination; winter health vaccinations; Care Home services; Opioid substitution services; PGD delivery and has been involved in a variety of community projects across Northern Ireland.
